Contract: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

The Role:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of daily store operations. You'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, mentoring your team, and ensuring our customers enjoy an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing all daily activities
* Mentoring and supervising store employees
* Managing store operations in the Store Manager's absence
* Collaborating on merchandising, customer service, and HR tasks
* Reporting on operations and supporting recruitment and sales strategies
* Maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
* Keeping the store visually appealing and resolving customer issues efficiently
* Supporting clients and troubleshooting problems as needed
* Driving store sales targets
* Performing additional tasks as directed by management

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience at Supervisor/Assistant Manager level
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to mentor and motivate a team
* Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Capability to perform physical store activities
