What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of daily store operations, supporting the team and helping the store run smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

Assisting the Store Manager in daily operations
Mentoring and supervising staff
Taking full responsibility for store operations in the manager's absence
Supporting merchandising, customer service, and HR activities
Reporting on daily operations and assisting in recruitment and sales strategies
Maintaining inventory and ensuring health and safety compliance
Keeping the store visually appealing and resolving customer issues
Contributing to sales targets and store success
Performing other tasks as directed by management

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform physical store tasks
