Your new project & Duties:.
As a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager you will be tasked with managing subcontractors, ensuring the project meets the projected program and monitoring health and safety. You will be responsible for planning and managing day to day construction activities and deliveries, leading the team.
What we require from you:
You will need proven experience of working and producing volume housing from start to completion as well as demonstrated longevity with previous employers.
