Assistant Property Executive – Level C, Ad number 2022-61
Strategic Property Division
Under the organisations Strategy – Driving Recovery and Sustainable Growth 2021-2024, Property Division has key responsibilities across all 5 pillars of Growth, Transformation, Regions, Sustainability and Impact. In particular, Property Division is responsible for the management of projects across all areas of the portfolio of business parks and strategic sites including delivery of the regional property programme, capital investment in key infrastructure, land acquisitions, stakeholder engagement, developing the property value proposition, client projects and estate management. The projected property expenditure across the strategy is €344m.
To assist with the management and development of the property portfolio in the West/Border region in support of organisational strategy ‘Driving Recovery & Sustainable Growth 2021 - 2024’
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to - (full JD available)
o To assist with the portfolio management of Business Parks including construction contacts, maintenance and upkeep works and oversee Management Agent’s activities and park tenant meetings.
o To assist with the portfolio management of advance building solutions (ABS).
o To assist with tendering and management of construction upgrades.
o To assist with negotiations and agree lease terms favourable.
o To assist with the management of site sales & leases.
o To work with utility/service providers for each park, managing way leaves, rights of way, licences and protecting the asset base.
o To regularly and proactively engage with client companies on property related issues;
o To evaluate, prepare and present investment proposals to the Property Management Committee and Internal Committees.
o Support the Section Manager in gaining approval at Committee for the implementation of property solutions for clients.

Additional Requirements
A full driving licence is essential.
A relevant third level qualification is desirable.
Experience of working in property related functions.
Aspects of this role will require national travel and working outside normal office hours.
Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities which may arise.

Salary Scale
€25,496 per annum contributory superannuation. (Non-negotiable)
23 days annual leave
