Architectural Lead - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland

£95,000 - £110,000

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Lead to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a senior role leading the architectural fit-out and finishes packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of architectural fit-out, envelope and finishes packages
• Manage architectural subcontractors and supervisors on site
• Deliver clean room and controlled-environment areas to specification
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with CSA and MEP teams
• Manage quality, snagging and handover of architectural works
• Plan and track architectural programmes and resources
• Drive health and safety standards across all architectural activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' main contracting experience
• Strong background in architectural fit-out and finishes
• Clean room or controlled-environment experience strongly preferred
• Data centre, pharma or mission-critical experience preferred
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS or equivalent
