We are seeking an AI & Digital Transformation Manager to join a leading data centre delivery team, based in Head Office, Ballymount, Dublin 22. This is a key transformation role delivering AI and digital initiatives across Estimating and Pre-Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI and digital transformation projects across Estimating and Pre-Construction
• Review existing processes and identify automation opportunities
• Manage projects from scope and business case through to implementation and adoption
• Identify practical uses of AI across tendering, cost data, document review and reporting
• Coordinate selection, testing and roll-out of new digital tools
• Measure adoption and the business benefits delivered

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in project management, digital transformation or technology implementation
• Construction, engineering or estimating experience highly desirable
• Good understanding of AI, automation and data analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot or CostX an advantage
