3D Personnel, employment business, seek a site administrator on behalf of a leading construction company. The successful applicant will be based on a landmark construction project in West Belfast.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administration support to site team
- Ensure correct internal and external distribution of correspondence
- To provide an efficient, courteous and professional approach to all telephone callers
- Filing and keeping records up to date
- Process timesheets
- Data entry and production of reports
- Ensure that emails are dealt with appropriately
- Ensure that controlled documents are recorded appropriately
- Any other reasonable management request
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 12 months previous experience in an Administrative role
- 5 x GCSEs including English and Maths
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing sector
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time
- HNC/NVQ in business administration
Location: Belfast – BT11
Hours: Mon – Fri; 8.30am – 4.30pm
