3D Personnel's client is a highly reputable Main Civils Contractor across Ireland. 3D Personnel's client is currently seeking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team in Cork.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data processing and update of purchase / subcontractor ledger
- Generation of sales invoices, credit notes and reports
- System and batch checks
- Processing of invoices on to the financial system.
- Agreeing invoices to purchase orders/delivery dockets.
- Liaising with sites/managers to have invoices approved.
- Processing of payments to suppliers.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in construction or similar sector.
- Ability to work within a team
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
