360 Operator

3D Personnel are currently looking for an 360 Operator for a construction project in Eastleigh.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently to carry out excavation, digging, loading, and material-moving duties.
• Conduct thorough pre-start and daily safety checks on the excavator before operation.
• Safely excavate trenches, foundations, footings, and other areas as instructed by the Site Management Team.
• Load and move materials such as soil, rubble, aggregates, and other site materials.
• Operate the excavator around obstacles, confined spaces, and busy construction sites.
• Work safely around other plant, machinery, vehicles, and site personnel.
• Carry out routine checks and report any defects or mechanical issues immediately.
• Follow all site rules, safety regulations, and operating procedures.
• Perform all required duties on site as instructed by the Site Management Team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment at all times.
• Carry out all work in accordance with industry health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360 Excavator.
• Experience operating a 360 excavator on construction sites.
• Must be hardworking, reliable, and driven.
• Must have valid ID/Passport.
• Must have full PPE, including:
• Must have full site PPE
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a site team.
• Must have a strong focus on safety and responsible plant operation.
