First phase of £350m London regeneration project to begin in summer 2021

The first phase of a £350m regeneration project in Pimlico, London is to begin this summer.  Bouygues, a developer, is to lead the project known as the Ebury Bridge Estate.  The first phase is valued at £97m and will include 718 new homes, 50% of which will be affordable homes.
