London South East Colleges lodges planning application

London South East Colleges has lodged a planning application for a new college and 300 homes on their Plumstead Road campus in Greenwich. The college has teamed-up with L&Q, a housing association, to draw up the new plans. The 300 homes, which would be 50% affordable housing, would be built in a number of different blocks between 5 and 13 stories.
