Galliard Homes has begun a £55m luxury residential project in London’s Soho area, located above the Elizabeth Line new western station entrance at Tottenham Court Road. Hawkins\Brown worked on the architecture and Argent Design on the interior design. The principal contractor will be Gailliard’s own construction subsidiary. The company has already sold 50% of the 92 homes off plan.
The project will entail two new structures. A Georgian-inspired building will house 23 apartments and 185 metres2 of new retail space. While an Art Deco style construction will comprise 69 apartments and 745 metres2 of Oxford Street retail units.
It is expected that the works will be completed in the Summer of 2023.
