Infrastructure Minister Nichola Mallon has announced that her department is evaluating the feasibility of an upgrade of the railway line from Coleraine to Derry as well as the incorporation of stops at Ballykelly, Eglinton/City of Derry Airport  and Strathfoyle.  A green light on the plans would result in the train service from Belfast to Derry running every half hour instead of every hour.  We look forward to the turning of the first sod.
