The historic 10 acre Cleeves Riverside Quarter in Limerick is to undergo a seven year €250 to €300 million revamp.  The site, known for its red-brick chimney stack tower, will be developed for mixed-use, and will add value to the rejuvenation of the northside of the river Shannon.  The total investment in the area will be in the region of €500 million, thus further transforming the City of Limerick.
