Winterbrook Limited have submitted a SHD application to An Bord Pleanála for the construction 105 homes in Charleville on Harbour Road, Dalkey.

If approved, the development, which is estimated at €23m, will feature 105 apartments in two 4-storey blocks with a 5th storey setback.

The proposed scheme will comprise of a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bed units with associated private open spaces.

The provision of amenities including residents lounge, gym space, communal working space and concierge are some key attractions within the proposed development.

A total of 86 car spaces and 154 bicycle storage spaces are also outlined in the planning documents.

The Harbour Road SHD site area, which is 0.69 hectares has open sea views and is within a 5 minute walk from Dalkey town centre.

CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau liaised with Brock McClure Planning Consultants to produce 3D planning solutions for this project. 3D Design Bureau produced verified view montages and architectural CGIs which were submitted as part of the planning application to An Bord Pleanála.
