Winners are starting to emerge for places on the £5bn London Construction Programme (LCP) major works framework.
McLaren has been awarded places on all seven lots it bid for under the new five-year framework which comes into force this month.
Thomas Sinden has also secured four lots.
The deal replaces the current framework which ran from 2014-19 and contained 23 contractors.
The framework is run by Haringey council but open to all public sector organisations in London and the home counties covering work from £1m to more than £20m.
McLaren director Kim Bromley-Derry said: “We’re looking forward to working with Haringey and other public sector bodies to help them build stronger communities through delivering these important projects.
“It’s so important to us to invest in local people and see a positive legacy from our work and what we build.
Paul Cooke, Business Development Director for Thomas Sinden said: “We are delighted to have been successful in securing four lots on the LCP Major Works Framework across four key areas of our business where we have a wealth of experience and expertise.
“We look forward to working with the LCP members to deliver high quality projects.”
