Director
Tim Carr brings over 15 years of recruitment experience to 3D Personnel, with over a decade of that dedicated to the Construction and M&E Building Services sectors. Beginning his career with a large UK Agency in M&E recruitment before moving into the International Oil & Gas industry with another UK Agency. Tim has developed a deep understanding of technical recruitment across multiple markets covering both contract and permanent requirements.
In 2016, Tim founded Carbon Recruitment Group Ltd, where he successfully built and led his own M&E recruitment business for eight years. After selling the company to 3D Personnel he joined as M&E Director and continues his passion for connecting talented professionals with industry leading clients.
Tim is CertRP qualified and holds a CIPD Level 5, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence. He leads from the front mentoring consultants, driving performance and ensuring the delivery of a high quality, client focused service.
Motivated by teamwork, growth, and positive results, Tim takes pride in contributing to 3D Personnel’s continued success. Outside of work, he’s a proud husband and father of two, with a love for rugby, motorsport and outdoor gastronomy.
