A long-standing Director at 3D with responsibility for our ROI offices, Michael was in on the ground floor at the formation of the Company and oversaw the opening of its first office, in Cork in 2007.
With previous experience in the Banking Sector and 21 years plus experience in recruitment, Michael’s focus on offering a reliable and honest client led approach, has helped cement many long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Prioritising the best possible service, through staff development, training and mentorships, he strives to grow the Company by delivering for existing clients, while utilising his ambition and abilities to continue to secure new business.
As husband and father to 3 boys, and a keen sports fan, Michael finds inspiration outside of work easy to come by. An ardent Kerry GAA fan and part time golfer, he also coaches underage rugby and Gaelic football and hurling teams, while managing to find time to act as Juvenile Chairman of local GAA club St Pats of Blennerville. He also plays his part in organising the annual Dingle Way Challenge
