Labour Manager
Mia started out on her construction career path with the Kirby Group, working first as a Fleet Administrator and moving on to work as a Buyer and in Sales. She has transitioned seamlessly to her current role as a Labour Manager, working out of our Dublin office. Bringing strong communication and organisation skills to the role, she is focused on getting the right people on site, making sure they have the right skills and qualities to do the job well.
Having a degree in business, along with her sales and purchasing experience, have allowed her build solid skills in coordination, problem-solving, and working under pressure. These in turn feed into her desire to deliver her best for 3D, knowing that her work directly impacts how smoothly things run on site.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She loves to cook, getting outdoors to walk her dog, staying active by going to the gym, and travelling whenever she gets the chance. Mia loves exploring new places and experiencing different cultures and new exotic flavours.
