Mark Atkins is an ex-professional boxer turned recruiter, who now serves as Commercial Manager at 3D Personnel, supporting Trades & Labour sites across the UK. Drawing on over 10 years of industry experience, he works closely with contractors and developers to supply reliable, hard-working operatives, ensuring projects are resourced safely, efficiently and on time.
The discipline, resilience and focus Mark developed in the ring now underpin his approach to recruitment and client service. He prides himself on being straight-talking, responsive and solutions-driven, building long-term relationships based on trust and consistent delivery.
Outside of work, Mark is a devoted husband and dad to three children. When he’s not on the phone or visiting sites, you’ll often find him painting or working on new pieces of art, swapping his gloves and laptop for a canvas and a brush.
