2022 Gender Pay Gap Report

3D Personnel Limited is a leading name in construction recruitment for Ireland, the UK, and Europe. We supply Trades & Labour and Professional & Technical staff in the construction sector and we are currently expanding our Multi-Sector division. We pride ourselves in placing high quality candidates in temporary, fixed term and permanent roles.

As 3D Personnel employs more than 250 employees, we are required under The Gender Pay Gap information Act 2021, to publish our 2022 Gender Pay Gap Report. Please note our report relates to 3D Personnel Ireland only. In the interests of transparency, we have divided our report into three divisions:

  1. Permanent Staff

  2. Part-Time Staff

  3. Temporary Staff

Conclusion

​3D Personnel is an equal opportunity employer. As of the 24th June 2022, 25% of our permanent/part-time staff were female. The pay gap for permanent staff is almost at parity. The bonus pay gap is not a true reflection, as the calculation takes into account a greater number of male staff employed over four quartiles, whereas the female staff were mainly employed in the middle to upper quartiles.

​The provision of temporary labour to the construction industry is our core business, which is a predominantly male industry. This can be clearly seen from the statistics above for temporary staff.

The construction industry recognises the need for more women in the industry, from working on building sites to participation at board level. Salaries for the majority of our temporary works are regulated by the Sectoral Employment Order (Construction Sector) 2021, male and female workers are paid the same hourly rate for the same category of employment.
